Kėdainiai regional museum

The Museum of the 1863 Rebellion is part of the Kėdainiai Regional Museum. The museum exhibits items that illustrate the history and life of the region, such as old handicrafts, the history of Kėdainiai, and its religious development (Kėdainiai was a centre for Evangelical Protestantism in Catholic-dominated Lithuania). Educational projects for schools are one of the most important activities of the Kėdainiai Regional Museum.
