From 2001, the Lithuania’s Society Organizations Archive was reorganized, and became the Lithuanian Communist Party Documents Archive, a branch of the Lithuanian Special Archive. As the reorganisation took place, the collections which were a part of the Lithuania’s Society Organizations Archive were incorporated to the Lithuanian Communist Party Documents Archive.
