"Remembering Polish People's Republic" is a collection of 50 biographical interviews with people involved in the democratic opposition and counter-culture movement in socialist Poland. The collection gathers memories and anecdotes about everyday struggles and dilemmas of dissents from the smaller cities, and their interpretations of the past. It makes a very good material for sociological and historical analysis.
